Luke Perry Dies; Former '90210' Actor Was 52

While Luke Perry was best-known for playing a teenager, he was in his early 20s when he joined the cast of Beverly Hills 90210.
Luke Perry, seen here last October during a press appearance for the TV series <em>Riverdale</em>, has died following a massive stroke, his publicist said Monday.

Luke Perry, who rose to fame as bad-boy Dylan McKay on the TV series Beverly Hills 90210,has died at age 52. Perry's publicist announced Monday that the actor "passed away today after suffering a massive stroke" in Los Angeles.
