Clench Stretch Squat

It’s a beautiful thing that has become an obsession. In my search for this elusive in-tune state of running in all my clients, I have realised that I can limit my list of advice to only three things.

The hope is for a consistent sport journey with fewer injuries that put that unnecessary side-step in a could-have-been smooth run.
