2/3 cup macadamias
½ cup buckinis
½ cup Niulife Desiccated Coconut
8 medjool dates (soaked in warm water for a few mins)
1 tbsp Niulife Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, melted

Filling

2 cups cashews (soaked for 3 hours)1 cup coconut yogurt½ cup3 tbsp lemon zest2–3 tbsp Niulife Coconut Syrup3 tbsp Niulife Extra Virgin Coconut Oil1 cup frozen mixed berries1 tbsp acai or maqui powder (optional)Fresh berries, to serve
