WASHINGTON - Roger Stone, a longtime political adviser to President Donald Trump, is expected to plead not guilty Tuesday to felony charges brought by special counsel Robert S. Mueller III in the Russia investigation.
His arraignment before a federal magistrate in Washington is scheduled to start at 11 a.m.
