Start your own podcast

ONCE UPON A time, the iPad was thought to be a content consumption device, but that perception has changed in the last couple of years. A great example of this is Anchor’s update from June, which enables you to record, polish and publish a podcast entirely from your iPad.

Everyone has a topic they love to talk about, and with Anchor installed on your iPad we’ll show you how to record and publish your very own podcast for free.

You’ll need to sign up for an account. You. Once that’s done, check out podcasts in the Listen section (on iPhone) or in your preferred player. Notice that most shows focus on one topic and try to stick with it throughout their run, alongside having a title that relates to it. One example is The Outpost Show [created by this author], where the topic is all about how someone uses their iPad. Keep the topic simple and to the point.
