Leading House Democrat Says There Aren't Enough Votes To Impeach Trump

The newly elected Congress will be sworn in on Jan. 3, making Massachusetts Democratic Rep. Jim McGovern the new chairman of the House Rules Committee.

Charged with determining what bills make it to the floor, McGovern (@RepMcGovern) says he hopes to work across the aisle to pass legislation, curb corruption and get big money out of politics.
