Qualifying at Mallory on June 10 held few surprises, with the promise of good close racing with the top 15 within four seconds of each other.

Mike Russell (Manx) put his qualifying pole position to great effect, comfortably taking two wins from Duncan Fitchett (Manx), who had equally super smooth rides to bag runner-up in both races.
