From the inside out

It’s late Friday morning and, instead of spending the rest of the day tying up the loose ends of the week’s work before a relaxing glass of wine, I’m driving to the home of wine, beautiful vine-draped Pokolbin in the NSW Hunter Valley. I won’t be having any wine, though.
