Polyphenol Power

Polyphenols are incredible naturally occurring compounds found in a variety of foods and they possess antioxidant properties. They serve a very useful purpose within the plant itself, protecting against UV radiation, attack by pathogens and damage from the harsh climate. Given that polyphenols lend their expertise to many plants, vegetables and fruit, we are able to cash in on their goodness through our diet with some really intriguing benefits.
