    WASHINGTON - President Donald Trump said Thursday that Heather Nauert, the State Department spokeswoman, is a leading contender to replace Nikki Haley as U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, adding that he may reach a decision next week in the latest shuffle of his top aides.
