'There's Good Here': In Indianapolis, A Bike Shop Tries To Fix More Than Spokes And Brakes

Indianapolis has had more homicides so far in 2018 than at this point last year, when a record was set. Attorney General Jeff Sessions was there recently talking about what the federal government is doing to fight violent crime in cities.

In a neighborhood on the northwest side of Indianapolis, people are taking matters of making the city safer into their own hands, with an unusual idea: a bike shop.
