Senate Set To Vote On Overturning FCC's Net Neutrality Repeal

The measure isn't likely to pass in the House. But after Sen. Susan Collins, R-Me., joined Democrats' attempt to preserve net neutrality, two other Republicans also voted to debate the resolution.

The Senate is voting on a resolution Wednesday to nullify the Federal Communications Commission's rollback of net neutrality, which is scheduled to take place next month. At least one Republican – Sen. Susan Collins – has joined Democrats who want to overturn the FCC's controversial decision.
