    Government Will Test And Collect Data From New Drone Programs In 10 States

    "Data gathered from these pilot projects will form the basis of a new regulatory framework to safely integrate drones into our national airspace," Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao said Wednesday.

    The U.S. Department of Transportation plans to collect the answers to questions like this, and a slew of other data, in a new test project.
