Lava Spews From Hawaii's Kilauea Hours After 5.0 Quake

A lava plume erupted on the Big Island about 25 miles from Kilauea following days of earthquakes, causing officials to order evacuations in the area.
Ground shaking from a preliminary 5.0 magnitude earthquake south of Pu'u O'o caused rockfalls and possibly additional collapse into the crater on Kilauea volcano's East Rift Zone.
