Explosion At Substation Plunges Parts Of Puerto Rico Into Darkness Once Again

The Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority — under fire for months in the wake of Hurricane Maria — says it thinks power can be restored within a day.

Much of northern Puerto Rico that had seen power finally restored months after Hurricane Maria, was in darkness again on Sunday following an explosion and fire at an electrical substation.
