A fund set up to help the victims of the mass shooting in Las Vegas isn't getting the same kind of donations other funds in devastating tragedies have gotten.

Christine Caria flips through pictures and videos she took at the Route 91 Country Music Festival on her phone. She was having so much fun, working with her friend Heather Sallan who has a company that sells cowboy boot accessories.
She stops on one picture.
"This is Kurt Von Tillow," she says. "He passed."
It's a picture of a man smiling, later that night he was killed in the . That shooting happened more than three months ago in Las Vegas but it's a night that Caria relives everyday. She sees it in flashbacks before she sleeps, in her nightmares, speaks about it in her therapy sessions.
