Blizzard Has Passed, But Frigid Temperatures Remain Along East Coast

The National Weather Service says there's a good chance that some locations will set temperature records today, as arctic air settles in after a massive winter storm.

As a large, powerful winter storm passes north into Nova Scotia, cold weather is sticking around in the Northeast.

"An arctic outbreak will keep temperatures 20 to 30 degrees below.
