David Haugh: Caution makes sense when predicting stardom for Shohei Ohtani

Stardom needs no interpretation.

You know it when you see it, and apparently everything about baseball import Shohei Ohtani of Japan screams international sensation, with a gaggle of sports experts going gaga declaring there is no business like Sho business.

But Steve Stone, Chicago baseball's king of first-guessing, posed a pertinent question when it came to the player often referred to as the Japanese Babe Ruth for his ability to hit for power and pitch with heat.
