The family of Michael Brown, an 18-year-old black man who was fatally shot in 2014 by a white police officer in Ferguson, Missouri, reached a settlement with the City of Ferguson on Tuesday more than two years after filing a wrongful death lawsuit. The judge, Richard Webber, that the city could not have paid more than $3 million.
