In this second installment in the Pirates series, war rages between the Galactic Space Forces and every Pirate influenced outposts across the quadrant. After Pirate extraordinaire, Sean Finnigan and his motley crew, along with a feet of pirate ships vanishes from the Strilia J85 system, survivors from the destroyed Lorix-7 have discovered evidence that suggests that the GSF were responsible for nuking the planet, which resulted in the war declaration. One Captain must now attempt to get this evidence released for all to see. His new personal mission is stopping this illegal war. But, the GSF will stop at nothing to silence this Captain who has Gone Rogue. All the while, Captain Finnigan with Petra find paradise and discover a new card, called Ghost… but, that’s not all.
