Shocking. Intense. Profound. It's not rocket science, it's food science. What counts as food and what happens when a global criminal enterprise combines two of humanity's most terrifying inventions—cannibalism and Multi Level Marketing? After discovering that a technology designed to grow human muscle tissue causes people to hunger for the output, the Japanese Yakuza move in and decide to monetize it. Ruthlessly killing anyone standing in their way, they steal the tech, then suborn a publicly traded MLM corporation to promote human sashimi: thin sheets of edible raw Homo sapiens tissues. They buy, borrow, and steal the tissues necessary to grow branded products from a wide range of celebrities, the Trashkardians, Brad Seed, Anjou-leana Holee, Carry-Out, General Patent, Arnold Dweezeneggar, Seamstra Fast, Milehi Cypress, Polly Pardon, and even Sasquatch. If your an A-lister, you're on tonight's raw food menu! — and after a social media marketing blitz, human sashimi becomes wildly popular as a new foodie frontier. Foodgasm strikes! Its purveyors are flying high until they catch the attention of a determined Elite Law Enforcement team with the power to prosecute food crimes. Led by Aidan, who's integrated at a cellular level with bloc, a graphene-based life form, and Tannin, a hyperactive Ashkenazi Jew with observational, deductive skills Sherlock Holmes would envy, the team won't stop until they capture or kill their targets. As the two parties clash, something unexpected occurs: due to a manufacturing error, some of the consumers of the branded human sashimi undergo a horrific transformation. They become mindless, feral, ravaging connoisseurs whose greatest desire is to eat every scrap of their favorite celebrity. Some succeed. Mix in a miracle material used in everything, immoral art collectors, a thug with a sentient symbiote, national purists, a cult of transhumanists, the Thuggee, and some jailhouse rock, and you have my near-future science fiction/horror food crime epic, Cultivated Meat American Sashimi, in all its gritty glory. My book, is inspired by the FDA's recent approval to create meat in a lab takes the current societal trajectory to a phantasm of more-crushing realism. Cultivated Meat American Sashimi is an epic transgressive trilogy. The first book is Cultivated Meat American Sashimi, It's not rocket science, It's food science; the second book is Cultivated Meat American Sashimi, No longer in the company of nice guys; the third book is Cultivated Meat American Sashimi, A reckoning is beckoning.

Intense. Graphic. Emotional No longer in the company of nice guys. The murderous Yakuza, Nakamura, and Tim lead the assault upon humanity's minds and tastebuds. They secure manufacturing for addictive, human DNA-derived tissue. The criminals take total control of the dastardly publicly traded, multi level marketing company, Teekenix. They acquire DNA from both living and dead celebrities, politicians, and people of interest. Anjou-leana Holee, Brad Seed, the Trashkardians, Arnold Dweezeneggar, Milehi Cypress, Polly Pardon, Seamstra Fast, and numerous other A listers and politicos sell the rights to have American Sashimi raw meat made from their genetic material. For hefty, significant royalties. The raw American Sashimi becomes wildly famous. It is a huge, highly profitable, foodie-fad success! Millions of consumers are thrilled with being able to actually eat the meat of their favorite celebrities. It's the tastiest and 'can't eat just one!' gourmet delight on the planet! Socially acceptable fine young cannibals are enjoying tasteful celebrities worldwide. Meanwhile, US Federal Detective Marshals, Aidan, Ari, Anechka, and the Twins continue investigating the nefarious activities of the evil Teekenix. The dark forces contract assassins; an Irish genetic purity fanatic, the completely nasty, hairless Negdo Sivart – a devout Dendron with his yippy-yappy Chihuahua – Mr. Wren, the nefarious merciless Yakuza Japanese killers – Little Boy and Fat Man, to attack Ari & Anechka, hoping to snuff them out before they uncover the dastardly actions of Nakamura and Tim. Aidan unleashes bloc upon the criminals. Bloc is a sentient, highly evolved and intelligent being composed solely of carbon. It is Aidan's protective bodily passenger. The marshals lay siege to one of the criminal's bastions and make horrifying, incredible discoveries. Will they prevail or will their DNA be the next delicious offering on the cannibalistic menu? Anyone up for Marshal Monte Cristo sandwiches? Or maybe an Ari Club on a bagel?
