While drive-thrus are a contemporary marvel, our bodies (and weary bathroom scales) warn us that something is wrong.

 

Many people have heard the call of this nutritional distress signal, which may explain why there are so many diets popping up faster than you can say "gluten-free." It's a jungle out there, from caveman-inspired Paleo to plant-loving Veganism and the ever-popular Keto, where butter is the hero (who saw that coming?).
