First book was better. Plot typical- someone commanding some dumb guy beneath him to do all the dirty work. I still enjoyed the book. However, Jane’s endless unforgiveness towards Reid gets old-especially when she did put herself in his shoes and realized she would have done the same thing regarding their son. She comes across as a bit cowish finally and over protective. However, her history does explain some of that away. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5
