Our walk with God is a journey, and such a journey begins with a step - to follow Jesus. This volume of work explains in simple terms the journey of following, and how this journey is wonderful, glorious and blessed as we seek to embrace the Lord's gift of salvation, redemption and hope. We are all at a crossroads at our lives and we need to decide if we are either following Jesus or following the world. So let us take this journey together to the glory of the Lord, for in Him there is love, salvation, joy and peace.

These three volumes of work, carrying an easy reading writing style, take the reader on a divine journey of discovery, faith, and knowing God. As we journey with God, we embrace the rich and wondrous tapestry of the Lord's gift of salvation, redemption and hope. We are all at a crossroads in our lives and we need to decide if we are either following Jesus or following the world. This series started 20 years ago with 'Crossroads to Freedom', which was written at the time to help believers, young and mature, to appreciate the greatness, the goodness, the majesty and the love of Christ. For we are all on a spiritual journey, one where we choose daily to either follow the Lord or follow our path. Deeper Yearning for His Embrace Vol 2 is part of the three additional works that continue with the theme of encouraging the believer, and also the non-believer, to truly seek the Lord, to know Him, to hunger and thirst for His Presence. The series contains two decades of wisdom and knowledge as gathered by the author on his spiritual journey with a majestic, magnificent and glorious God. Even though the series is presented in an easy reading style, so often reminiscent of devotionals, it strives to maintain a high standard of theological correctness to uphold the eternal and true foundation of the Gospel. God calls us all 'home', meaning to find our rest, peace, joy and love in Him. No matter what we have done or what has been done to us, we can always return to God like the prodigal son. It is never too late. God is full of compassion, mercy and grace. His love calls us home for He wants to make a home within us. For those in whom God makes a home, they shall experience His love, joy, peace, strength and contentment. One understands that for some it is not easy to "buy into the idea" that God is good, a loving Father, and His home is beautiful, and without suffering. Yet, the truth will not alter or change because God is good, He is kind, He is love and He wants all of us to experience His grace. We have all been created by God. None of us is a mistake, we all are special in God's eyes. For our life to find true meaning, it is about making our way "home" to our Creator. Jesus came to make this journey possible. The Lord has shown over the years a house with a light shining inside. And this house is beautifully nestled in a beautiful valley, surrounded by flowers, trees and a river. It is a place of rest, of hope, and therefore, a shelter from the storm. The house represents God, for He calls us to find the right path that will lead us back to Him. He is light, and goodness and His forgiveness is beyond measure or understanding. God is waiting for us to welcome us with open arms, for He has also prepared an eternal home for His children. We just have to choose if this world or if God is our true home, for God is a true refuge where darkness ceases, where healing abides and joy overflows in His majestic splendour! So, come home for God is ready to welcome you!
