Inspired by her own life, Atlanta Author Amanishakhete (Uh-ma-nee-sha-keet), named after the ancient Nubian Queen Amanishakheto, conjures up an imagination full of colorful characters that make up the LaTonya trilogy. Readers never know what's coming next when they turn the pages of her amazing new series filled with characters from all walks of life - characters she feels she channels.
