About this series

Don't settle for less than the Kingdom.

You know what you need to do. Make more. Spend less. Get on a budget. Pay down debt. Invest for the future. Oh, and tithe—don't forget to tithe. If we're really holy, we'll take our money goals and ask God to bless them. His plan for us is to prosper, right?

Rich in Heaven dares to ask what comes next for the First World Christian, inviting you on a biblical journey exploring the stance Jesus takes on the almighty dollar. Chris Mackey is down-to-earth, humorous, and thought-provoking, going beyond economic principles to tackle the topic of wealth from a heavenly perspective.

What does your financial outlook say about your God? This exposé on the true riches of faithful stewardship doesn't let anyone off the hook, addressing how to manage prosperity in light of the Gospel. You will discover the currency of the Kingdom, what the Bible really says about wealth, and what it will look like when you're Rich in Heaven.

Author

Chris Mackey

Chris is a writer and speaker stirring up uncommon conversations among common Christians. He is a Bible-loving graphic designer, recording engineer, DJ—and now—author. As a jack of all trades in the creative arts, he often takes an out-of-the-box approach to practical theology. In his book Rich in Heaven: What Matters Most Is More Than Money, Chris takes aim at what we think is most important in our world and dares readers to let Jesus have the final say. Through his personal story, he shares how he's not qualified to teach you how to get rich, not qualified to teach you about heaven, yet uniquely qualified to teach you to be rich in heaven. In 2012, Chris was preparing for a new leap of faith in his walk with God—to marry the love of his life. It was then that he realized it was time to get serious about his finances. Through years of following a popular financial strategy and working a digital budget, the Mackeys began to achieve their loftiest money goals. Rich in Heaven was birthed when the satisfaction of meeting those goals wasn’t enough. Chris began to scour the Scriptures and discovered what he wishes to present in Rich in Heaven: that money isn’t everything. Everywhere he goes, he inspires believers to use everything that they've been given to add value to others. Chris Mackey serves in ministry in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife, Kerri.
