About this series
The Water Fairy Tribe is rejoining Fairydom after cutting itself off generations ago—and is releasing thousands of surface fairy prisoners. Among the surface tribes, the announcement that they will be reunited with loved ones long thought dead has evoked a passionate response.
Crown Prince Isaac of the Wood Fairies would love to make Lady Cassidy of the Water Fairies his wife—and future queen. Although she worries this will anger many of his tribe, he is confident that he knows a way to help others see her for the valiant, honorable woman she is.
When Cassidy agrees to accompany Isaac on a scouting expedition to secure a village site for some of the political prisoners her tribe is releasing, she has only second-hand knowledge of the dangers they'll face. Predators, ice, and a fear she's never known all await her in the Deep Woods.
Will the risk and sacrifice be enough to turn the tide in their favor?

1
Rebecca's afternoon joyride goes terribly wrong when she's bucked off her dragonfly, Belle, and has to spend the night in the woods. The mysterious stranger she meets reluctantly offers to take her back to the castle, where circumstances force him to remain. The more she learns about him, the more bewildered she becomes. He knows who is trying to dethrone her father and why. But how can she feel as she does about him when she isn't even sure she can trust him?
- Silver Verity (Bk 3): Silver Sagas, #3
3
While participating in a covert mission against the pirate threat in Fairydom, Princess Rebecca is also wrestling with wedding preparations, complicated customs of her soon-to-be in-laws, and arranging to share her wedding day with two of her former suitors and their fiancees. Realizing that the wedding is just the beginning of marriage, she and her fiance work very hard to grow together through it all. They'll probably survive the wedding and coronation--but first they have to survive the battle. The royal fleets are sadly outnumbered. Dare they hope for a victorious outcome?
- Silver Majesty (Bk 2): Silver Sagas, #2
2
"I couldn't stop! Princess Rebecca really seems to have matured and helps others mature also. There are very funny moments that caught me laughing, and very poignant moments that stole a tear. This is actually a story about a Princess becoming a Queen. But it is essentially the story of a woman becoming a woman." --Songbird When Fairy Princess Rebecca agrees to become her tribe's next queen, she also agrees to let the Citizen's Council choose her husband from three, carefully selected suitors.: Edward, an old friend and son of the traitorous Count Bullierd; Alfred, the arrogant son of crown-seeking Duchess Beatrice; and Hugh Lawson, a Plant Fairy half-prince who already loves Rebecca. Peace in the tribe is already coming at a high price, but the secret pirate build-up (discovered only after the four tribes begin sharing information) poses a threat to all of Fairydom. If what they suspect is true, defeating the pirates will require their total cooperation.
- Troubled Skies (Bk 4): Silver Sagas, #4
4
Prince Cambrian is on a boringly routine assignment at Fort Bakarti when a much more interesting mystery finds him. A Sky Fairy Fleet windship—lost and presumed crashed during the pirate offensive—is discovered intact on the beach near the remote Port Herio. How did the Talon get there? Where has she been for the last two months? Where is her crew now? To answer these and other questions, Cambrian takes flight with the lovely Captain Kimberlite to investigate a small nearby volcanic island, which is the only thing the meager clues have in common. Sabotage, betrayal, and escape all play a part in the unraveling of the mystery. But when they finally begin their return voyage, they find themselves bringing home more questions than answers. Not the least of which is how will the rest of the Sky Fairy Tribe react to what they have discovered?
- Dress Blues (Bk 5): Silver Sagas, #5
5
Cambrian Bijou has skillfully played a fashion-conscious prince at his father's court for over 300 years. However, the game changes when windship Captain Kimberlite--Constance, to her friends--agrees to assist with his latest investigation. Can their carefully cultivated romance survive the combined stresses of court life, a military inquiry, and helpful relations? Friends, foes, and family all weave their way into the tapestry of Dress Blues, but it's help from an unexpected source that may save the season.
- The Seeker's Storm (Bk 6): Silver Sagas, #6
6
Truth Seeker Kuntza faces challenges above and below the sea's surface, fighting deadly misinformation as well as a bizarre and complicated plot to wipe out most of the Sky Fairy Tribe. Under his instruction, lightning machines are constructed to overcome a terrible snowstorm. But what of the grave threat from the Water Fairy Tribe—Kuntza's tribe—to the surface tribes? Admiral Constance Kimberlite and Prince Cambrian Bijou and the young Historian Rolf Warner accompany the Seeker beneath the waves to assist him in his efforts to overcome his tribe's fears of an impending invasion. Meanwhile Amber Bullierd, daughter and heir of the rebellious Count Bullierd, threatens to block their success through intrigue and a terrifying coup attempt. With the fate of Fairydom hanging in the balance, there is no room for error.
- Heartwood (Bk 7): Silver Sagas, #7

In the midst of his struggle to adapt to the fact that he will never fly—let alone walk—again, fairy Prince Isaac of the Wood Fairy Tribe meets a lovely doctor who claims that she can heal him. He would be a fool not to take the chance, but only he can heal the scars on his soul, scars won in a bitter fight against pirates mere months earlier. Doctor Cassidy Clark is a skilled surgeon, accustomed to her well-ordered life in the volcanic-glass domed cities of the Water Fairy Tribe. Confident that she could help the wounded Wood Fairy prince, she left her home, risking the secret of her tribe's existence. Now she finds herself stranded for an entire season at the Wood Fairy capital city of Weetu, tucked away in an old sugar maple. Will she be sensible enough to keep her distance or will she succumb to Isaac's winning ways?

An intertribal treaty negotiated eons ago forbids the four surface tribes from publicly acknowledging the existence of the Water Fairy Tribe or suffer its wrath. Over time, even the stories have faded until only the royal families remember and guard against this danger. These circumstances severely complicate matters for Lady Cassidy of the Water Fairy Tribe, stranded for the winter in the Wood Fairy city of Weetu. In addition to her volunteer medical duties, she must constantly watch what she says and does or risk revealing her identity. In her struggle to keep her tribal secrets, Lady Cassidy keeps everyone in Weetu at arm's length—even Isaac, the attractive Wood Fairy Crown Prince she's trying so hard not to love.

Despite what everyone else seems to think, Historian Rolf Warner is just an ordinary young fairy who is continually being swept into extraordinary circumstances. Trapped under the West Sea with the hidden Water Fairy Tribe for the winter, Rolf is asked to help with an initiative that may well prove the beginning of the end for their way of life—and that would benefit all of Fairydom.
