Figuring that the only way for him to regain his status of Top Dawg is to eradicate his competition, he and his league of certified head bustas prepare to go to war with Booby and his organization. A casualty on the frontlines brings the emergence of one of the most feared gangsters to have ever picked up a flag and gun, O.G PAYBACC. The Original Gangsta Killa wants blood to answer for the murder of his comrade, and he'll stop at nothing to see the man responsible dead.  Although thought to have been dead, GOUCH wakes up inside of the basement of an old factory to a mysterious man. The evil genius has big plans in store for the thug. GANGSTA is granted his freedom thanks to a key witness's murder. He enters back into society to find his hood under attack and a close relative in the hospital teetering between life and death. He realizes the problems he left behind in jail are nothing compared to the ones he faces in the outside world.  Will he walk away from the street life in search of greener pastures or will he hold it down in the war alongside his hittas?

O.G PAYBACC has been leaving death and destruction in his wake ever since he touched down in the streets in his quest to avenge his homeboy. He's one step closer to getting the trigger man, but a revelation from his past sets him down a different war path. And once he travels down it, he can't turn back until an old score is settled.  After his brother is unjustly murdered by crooked detectives, CREEPER seeks street justice. With the aid of GANGSTA and BLACK JESUS, he formulates a plan that will help them kill two birds with one stone. If everything goes as planned the war will have finally been brought to an end, but if not, they'll find themselves in the morgue with tags on their toes. 

PAYBACC cliques up with, CHINGO, a young street veteran whose gangsta matches his own. Together, they form a crew of wig splitters who are sure to give BOOBY LOCO and his hittas more than they can handle. But loyalties come into question when Chingo realizes the profit that can be made should the war come to a conclusion and differences are set aside. Will Paybacc look at things his little homie's way? Or will he see him as weak and hand down his execution?  After running afoul at BLACK JESUS, Booby is cut off from his drug supply and left to secure a new deal that will ensure that the streets won't have to see another drought. Unbeknownst to him, his lack of respect for God's son comes with consequences. A couple of out of town killers are sent to kill Booby and everyone he loves.  Will the young kingpin recognize the danger that he is in? Or will he meet his end like the Gs before him? One of the homies catches a case that guarantees that he won't see the streets again. Acknowledging this, KILLA DRE has to make a judgment call. Order the hit on one of his closes comrades or risk him snitching and bringing the entire empire down?

A tragedy nearly drives BOOBY LOCO insane. Realizing that he must pull it together or his loved one's sacrifice may have been in vain; he grabs his gun and rallies his hittas.  Blood thirsty, they hit the streets seeking revenge for their fallen comrade, leaving dead bodies and yellow tape in their wake.  Booby is so consumed by his rage that he doesn't see an unforeseen enemy lurking in the shadows ready to take his head.
