Nassar as the leader of the Tolem Series terrorist cell delivered an “Ultimatum” upon U.S. President Reynolds demanding the release of all Muslim detainees in Guantanamo Camp Delta and held around the world or face the destruction of three massive nuclear reactors with unfathomed consequences.
