Not only will you find healthy recipes for main courses, you will also find recipes for side dishes to go with them, and believe it or not, some desserts for the slow cooker as well!I use my own recipes on a regular basis for my husband and son, daughter and son-in-law, and coming soon...my first grandson! I have passed these recipes down to my daughter and my son's girlfriend. They use them as often as I do.
