About this series
After his previous mission fails to go to plan, Lucas Wright finds himself once again being promoted for no reason. Suspecting things are far from on the level, he begins his own private investigation into the group for whom he is working.
His findings will lead him to a neighbouring city, where people are disappearing under suspicious circumstances, and where the people charged with investigating the disappearances seem intent on covering them up.
Finally, he is forced to mount a rescue mission into the uncharted wilderness areas of his world. A mission that will, at last, hint at the source of the so-called Cultist menace. A menace which he already knows is far more sinister than any mere cult.
Given his own uncertainty about the security of his group there is one question that concerns him most.
Do they know he's coming?
Titles in the series (3)
- Revenant Syndrome: 01 Genesis: Revenant Syndrome, #1
1
Corporal Lucas Wright was in trouble. Held pending an investigation following his last mission, he is forced to relate the events of that mission over and over again. But this last time was different, for his "interviewers" were not the regular military investigators he was used to. As the interview, and his story, unfold, he begins to suspect that there is a lot more going on than he knows and that his interviewers have their own agenda. Whoever they are and whatever they want with him, it couldn't be any worse than the actual mission itself. Could it?
- Revenant Syndrome: 02. Patient Zero: Revenant Syndrome, #2
2
Lucas Wright had joined the shadowy Special Operations Group in order to get information. Knowledge that, as a mere soldier, he had little hope of being privy to. But now, on his first mission for the Group, he would find that the so-called "Revenant Syndrome" was far more widespread and bizarre than anyone had imagined. Sent in to extract the first-known victim of the Syndrome, things quickly get out of hand. Thrust into the heart of enemy territory, he must use all his skills and keep his wits about him if he hopes to survive. However, survival was only a part of his problem. As he was about to find out, where the Syndrome was concerned, there were far worse fates than death.
