Welcome to one person's personal hell along with a vision of just how malevolent the dark side of humanity can be... Isaiah Roberts is your average twenty five year old making his way as best as he can in the world considering his liabilities. Though his hairstyle is as out of date as his second hand clothing is worn, that is not the primary concern of the profoundly blind. It takes a lot of effort to navigate the hostile world where he resides and to avoid the human vermin waiting at every turn but survival is all that matters. Though most would call Josef Mengele a monster, SWR reveres him as a visionary. Scientific research free of the disease of religion or the cowardice of politics is all that concerns them. To SWR, results are all that count; the piles of dead from experimentation along with the collection of genetic obscenities that must be kept locked away are no more to them but the cost of doing business. An incinerator deals with the dead while cells deal with the rest. Simon is a member of the SWR Committee and only the most ruthless ever gain that position. Simon treats all defiance as disrespect and deals with it in a very harsh manner. To date, Project Vision has been a spectacular....failure, but the SWR Committee still thinks it is a viable pursuit with a proper candidate. All they need is the right test subject... When cutting edge surgical procedures are performed with no oversight, disavowing anything that might interfere with the process can have serious repercussions and the results driven approach of SWR almost guarantees such a thing will happen. Only the general health of Isaiah Roberts is taken into account without any further testing. There is an aberrant loopback process going on in Isaiah's forebrain which isn't really abnormal in itself, but that ceases to be the case when some unwelcome disruption occurs. It takes hours to replace Isaiah's optic system; metal sockets are created to hold the optic modules, metal mesh replaces the optic nerve and chiasma and microfilaments are used for potential data transference. While twenty four of the microfilaments wind up where they are supposed to be, eight more carom off the mesh and lodge in Isiah's forebrain, disrupting the aberrant process. When it is shattered by eight intrusions into its path, the aberrancy should have died, but instead it creates a new path to include the eight microfilaments.When optic modules are inserted into the sockets, a complete path is formed and now a portion of the human brain not designed to see has access to visual input... Even with the sockets in place, the challenge to come up with working optic modules takes even more time, but with each improvement in the technology, the aberrant process becomes more assertive. It is when Isaiah's vision approaches basic human capacity that a war erupts in his mind. The aberrant process is at first isolated from the portion of the brain that holds images and the words to describe them, so it seizes on a discrete numeric concept to order its view while it names itself IT for lack of any other name. The struggle almost kills Isaiah, but a proprietary numbering system forces order on the chaos that has been created... With order enforced, IT expands its horizons by leaps and bounds, but the bad also comes with the good. No one walks away from Simon and SWR, but it is the synthesis of malevolence and aberrancy that brings out the darker side of Isaiah and what he can do if sufficiently provoked. A showdown will occur in the desert lands of the west, but only the arrogant, the duty bound and the angry will be witness...because.. If he can see you, then it it too late to run...

It has been over twenty years since the incident in Utah and a lot of things can change... SWR has reined in many of its scattershot experimental processes and though incineration and confinement still occur, they happen a lot less. One end result is a scaled down version of Project Vision; Bright Eyes are a commercial success... Danielle and Malcolm have retired from law enforcement and are raising a family; they have almost forgotten the events they had witnessed and recorded... The spin control used on the events of 2017-2018 was so well executed that not even the current US President is aware of what really happened then... The biggest concern these days for Isaiah Roberts is making sure he watches his son play baseball and helping his younger daughter with her modeling career...even he has almost forgot what has happened except for some occasional bad dreams... SWR never forgot about their escaped experiment; even if Isaiah Roberts has been relegated to low priority, he still is one; no one walks away from SWR after all... While many of the nation states of the world sorted themselves out, Pakistan has gone in the opposite direction...the paroxysms of violence that occur in Pakistan only brings more darkness and no one in the country is left unaffected... Two brothers born only a fraction of time apart embark on different paths to self realization which still have an eventual meeting point. While the oldest brother sees his way to glory in the words of the Qur'an, the youngest brother eventually becomes an SWR Committee member. The oldest brother calls himself The One and he intends to heal the rift in Islam but money for the cause is always a problem... The younger brother is in the middle of SWR's cutting edge research; while experimentation without oversight is dangerous, it has become profitable to SWR. SWR creates its own vision free of the diseases of religion and politics and money is never a problem.... Though in most circumstances this group of people would never cross paths, circumstances are about to change...because of Isaiah Roberts... It starts with a overzealous novice reporter who thinks she is in control of her environment and will do anything to make her name.In the space of three days, isaiah Robert's carefully constructed world is torn apart leaving him blind and horribly abused as he seeks warmth in some urine soaked blankets. He remembers a time of torture long ago, but this time the torture becomes almost lethal in its scope... Though Isaiah is able to see very well with his optic modules, there is a darker aspect of his vision that he has forcibly suppressed for years, but it never went away. It had been laying quiescent all these years only waiting for the right set of events to make it once more ascendant... Though his aberrancy has become atrophied in relation to the other things he can do, that state of affairs doesn't last for long. A fatwa calling for his recapture along with any number of the fervent willing to do the bidding of The One might be an immense obstacle for many, but Isaiah never forgot how to deal with an insect infestation... Even though Pakistan has ejected and silenced all media but Al-Jazeera and the US has coopted a dedicated private video feed, the level of violence that starts to occur can't be fully hidden or disavowed. Even as detente is put into full effect, Isaiah Roberts couldn't care less because he has been most foully provoked and he retaliates in proportion to the new and unwelcome stimuli.. Finding his family is all that matters and anyone or anything getting in his way has a poor chance of survival. The fatalities from 2018 were only a few hundred people but now a few hundred thousand of them stand against Isaiah and will unfailingly follow The One and what the leader decrees. The One will never decree peace unless such a thing can be violated at a later time but not everyone is go

The One has issued an ultimatum at the point of a nuclear missile which he doesn't expect to be met because he has decided that the rift in Islam can only be healed by striking at the enemy with the infidel fire he now possesses. Even if he and his followers are destroyed in the process, he knows that those left alive will conquer what is left after the nuclear exchange. With Allah by his side, The One knows that he will not fail in his ultimate goal... In the desolation that now describes Pakistan, the societal structure of the country will be turned on its ear as the women turn their backs on the teachings of Islam...many now revere one called the DarkWalker instead... The Pakistani Military has now taken sides and despite the losses inflicted on them by the fervent, they will follow orders until no one is left alive to do so... The criminal Majlis has elevated The One to the post of President, but if The One somehow fails in his quest, other nihilistic elements are only too ready to take his place... Even in the ensuing crisis, other governments and even apolitical governmental entities are plotting to use the crisis to gain whatever power possible from the threat and its potential aftermath.... And amidst it all, a man treads through the abodes of the dead with heavy steel shod boots covered in mud and gore...there is nothing he won't do to gain back at least some of the peace that he lost...no matter how many have to die.... In the remote area of Balochistan, a city called Mamlakah has been constructed with the purpose of it becoming as revered as Mecca and Medina but such will not be its fate. When the apotheosis of religious fervency is confronted by the near penultimate expression of a biodigital aberration, there may be nothing left in the aftermath except the dead and dying....
