Creighton Zee is a man who has been disenfranchised by the injustice in his world. Tired of his life as an office worker, he becomes a sort of private investigator and revenge broker. After accidentally discovering the existence of the paranormal, Zee himself is discovered by "Jack", a shadowy government official whose job is to keep the reality of the paranormal from the average Canadian citizen. In this first episode of the series, Zee takes a case in an unnamed village in British Columbia where there have been suspected werewolf attacks. It is his job to end the threat, without tipping off John Q. Public that such a thing as a werewolf has ever existed outside of folklore.

In this second instalment in the series of "Tangle" books, Creigh is hired by a lawyer to bodyguard a client after a self defense shooting. The deceased bad guys had friends: a mysterious gang of violent thugs. Can Creigh keep the client alive, and find out who is out to kill him?

Creigh must move to Ottawa, Ontario to take over the agency, leaving behind his role as a field agent. However, this world and the paranormal world both have more curveballs in store for him, intended to crush both him and his work.

Creigh must leave Natalia behind in a Canadian prison to fly to Paris to combat a werewolf following his friends Dean and Dejana through Europe. Will he be able to deliver Dejana home safely, or will this be his final conflict?

Creighton Zee and Natalia Norayan are back, ready for another tangle with the bad guys of Natalia's home province. Inspector Carl Lane has a job for Creighton Zee: to get rid of the ten dirtiest cops in northern B.C. To go up against cops is against everything Creigh believes in, but after discovering the enormity of their crimes, he agrees to take the job. Join Creigh and Natalia in this action and emotional rollercoaster ride in the northern reaches of British Columbia.

After three adventures in British Columbia, Creigh and Natalia leave the province with their next mission in their sights: the Serbian vampire Sava Savanovic. After his mill in Zarozje collapsed, Sava has been on the move... and the bodies are piling up. Creigh hopes to assemble a dream team of himself, Natalia, Mal and Dean to hunt the vampire and end his reign of terror.

As Creigh and Natalia travel home, Natalia wants to know the story of Creigh's first mission for Jack, the shadowy government figure who uses Creigh and others to keep the paranormal a closely guarded secret. Creigh tells her this story from the past, about scientists coming once again to a lonely cottage in Ontario seeking evidence of sasquatch. Creigh's mission was to make sure, one way or another, that they did not return home with the evidence they seek. How far can Creigh's conscience allow him to go in keeping Jacks' secrets--and his own life?

It's Creigh's 50th birthday, and his wife Natalia has a few big surprises in mind, including a surprise party at Melvin's restaurant in Toronto. Unfortunately, Creigh's enemies have some surprises in mind as well, surprises that will put the entire agency in jeopardy.

Creigh is now leading the agency, and needs to pass the torch to his younger agents. He gives them what he believes to be an easy assignment, but nothing ever proves to be as simple as it seems. His agents end up in a fight for their lives.
