About this series
Giselle has just said goodbye to Conyer, within minutes of learning that he was not the one who destroyed her ballet career, and that he has been the one true encourager during her healing process after the accident. She has watched his back as he walked out of the church through the doors, headed on a missions trip to Central America.
In those moments, there was so much to be said, but no time to say it.
Now that Conyer has left, Giselle misses him already.
Giselle has no idea that Conyer was responsible for her new position at Grace Abounding, and that he is, in fact, the owner.
As they begin sharing emails back and forth, Giselle finds that she’s falling hard for this amazing and godly man.
When Conyer does return from his missions trip, after more time than he’d ever suspected when he’d left the church and Giselle that Sunday, his welcome home greeting from Giselle isn’t the wonderful fantasy they'd imagined. But then, why would it be when Giselle has seen the embrace and kiss between Conyer and some girl he addressed as Chelsetta. Someone Giselle didn’t know... and didn’t want to.
Now what? Does she walk away? Does she fight? Is there anything to fight for?!

- Becoming His Awesome Beauty: Volume 1
1
Awesome Beauty Truesdale managed to barely graduate high school (with no maternal encouragement). The very day she turned eighteen, she was gone. After three long and lonely years on the streets, she seeks refuge at her Grammy’s door. Will Grammy take her in? At what cost? And, will either of the two godly men that have more than noticed her, pursue her romantically, or is she doomed to a repeat of her mother’s lonely, unfulfilled, tragic life? And, frankly, what’s up with this “Jesus stuff” that Grammy is so obsessed with?
- Becoming His Awesome Beauty: Volume 2
1
Awesome Beauty (Awsty) Truesdale walked away from all the horrors of her growing up years. Unfortunately, she made the unwise decision to roam the streets. During that time she experienced her fill of immoral living. After three years, she made the decision that her life would have to change. Seeking refuge at her grandmother's door, Awsty's life begins to radically change and she begins to see her worth to God and to others. As both her appearance and heart begin changing, she is noticed by two godly men, one an associate pastor, one a medical intern. Each begins praying regularly for Awsty, and she is somehow attracted to each man. Which will she ultimately choose or, regardless of their hopes, will it be neither?
- Fixing His Broken Ballerina: Volume 1
2
Her dancing days are over. Her leg was destroyed in the car crash. It was all his fault! Or, at least as far as she's concerned. Kind of "guilty by association." She'd been classically trained in ballet. It was her life! Her life and her dream! And now...the dream is gone. The dream is gone!! THE DREAM IS GONE!!! Wait... she’s a Christian. Shouldn’t things be going a lot better? After all, didn’t she pray her way through the pursuing of this “ballet-dancing thing?” Were all those years of training a waste of time?! She was so sure she had God’s Blessing. What in the world happened?! Had God been toying with her?! Had He set her up just so He could break her down for some... "great spiritual lesson?!" Now what?! The only thing she knew was ballet. That was all she had in her "asset bank!" Can either the entrepreneur or the wood sculptor help her create a new dream? And, bring her a lifetime love?

I have been in love with the written word since I was old enough to read. After graduating college, I taught high school until I decided I wanted to spend more time "creating". So, twenty years after beginning to teach public school, I "retired myself" and now I write full time. After living half my life on the West Coast, we moved all the way across the country, where we now live on the East Coast. It is just the two of us after our one daughter had the audacity to grow up, marry, and move away. However, that "move away" is only five miles from our home. While writing, I also own and run a website business:http://www.marriage-vow-renewal.comI love to create, whether it is designing marriage vow renewal certificates, marriage certificates, creating romance plans for married couples, or writing books. I'm blessed by the Lord to do exactly what I love. You'll find a more complete introduction (with pictures), plus my other writing endeavors, at my website: www.sheilaholmes.com.
