About this ebook
Leilani is in the Bride's Room at a small chapel, preparing to walk the aisle in twenty minutes, to be joined in marriage to the man she believes she will love forever. She will love him forever, right?! She is nervous, fidgety, and having last-minute questions as to whether she should proceed with the ceremony.
Thirty minutes before leaving the Bride's Room, an envelope is slipped under the closed door. As Leilani retrieves it, opens it, and semi-hides herself behind her private dressing screen to read it, she discovers it is from her groom. Within its pages, Leilani discovers that he has written her a pre-wedding love letter of sorts.
Within its pages, he re-counts the game they played of "Twenty Questions" on their first date. He has remembered ALL his questions and ALL her answers. And, at the end, he asks her a twenty-first question that may change this day forever.
Leilani's answer to question number twenty-one will determine the outcome of their wedding day story.
What would your answer be? In the light of it, what would you do?
This is number 1 of an 8 surprise-ending novelette series called, "FOREVER BRIDE IN 21 QUESTIONS".

I have been in love with the written word since I was old enough to read. After graduating college, I taught high school until I decided I wanted to spend more time "creating". So, twenty years after beginning to teach public school, I "retired myself" and now I write full time. After living half my life on the West Coast, we moved all the way across the country, where we now live on the East Coast. It is just the two of us after our one daughter had the audacity to grow up, marry, and move away. However, that "move away" is only five miles from our home. While writing, I also own and run a website business:http://www.marriage-vow-renewal.comI love to create, whether it is designing marriage vow renewal certificates, marriage certificates, creating romance plans for married couples, or writing books. I'm blessed by the Lord to do exactly what I love. You'll find a more complete introduction (with pictures), plus my other writing endeavors, at my website: www.sheilaholmes.com.

Daniel, my adorable husband, will forever be my hero. He makes me laugh when I get too serious, he holds me accountable spiritually, and he’s just so cute that I can barely stand it. His encouragement to continue writing is often the only thing that spurs me on.
Our daughter, DanniLaii, is a female version of her dad. She is funny, funny, funny, and has a compassionate heart for the underdog like no one I’ve ever known. I think being funny is something you either have or you don’t, but I can learn from her compassion for others. And that’s what I seek to do. I want to be just like her when I grow up.
But, my greatest thanks is to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He is Everything and All Things. I thank Him for helping me continue to write, and pray that my stories will lift Him up as the only name by which we must be saved.

Prologue
My Beloved Leilani,
I know you’ll be walking the aisle in a little bit, but this letter is too important not to give you before the ceremony.
Do you remember our first date? If you say, June twenty-third, I’d have to say you’re wrong. It was seven days later, I will always believe it to be June thirtieth.
And, here’s why…
Gerald asked me if I’d go on a blind date with a new girl in the college Sunday school class. He said there were three couples already lined up to go, but there was a new girl, a college senior, that they’d like to have go along. They wanted her to feel included in the social aspects of the class.
The problem was that she wasn’t dating anyone and they didn’t want her to be a third wheel’, only in this case, I guess you would have been a
seventh wheel".
I unequivocally told him, Thanks, but no thanks!
I had never been on a blind date, but I’d heard horror stories, and didn’t want to be a part of yet another one.
As it turned out, however, Gerald, smart guy that he is, was standing at the exit door of the Sunday school class. He pointed at you
