Terror is the Forgiver a Human living on Terra among the vampires, aliens and Humans. He learns the meaning of forgiveness to himself, from people and from others seeking it in his presence. He uses his all seeing power to help see into the universe from the planetary world he currently resides. He helps others learn the power of forgiveness and admitting wrongs via peace instead of violent thoughts.
