"My rear brakes are grinding ever since you changed my windshield wipers" Sometimes the claims made by customers are really out there. I mean, the vehicle lighting randomly flashing couldn't be caused by a transmission solenoid strategy update... could it? I make a case today to never exclude the possibility that you DID cause the issue the customer is concerned about, even if it doesn't make sense up front.
