Why I think Vader was so Timid in Kenobi - Star Wars Theory

The Real Reason Vader Did THAT to the Town People (This is AWESOME): In obi-wan Kenobi episode 3, Vader went full dark side on the town people while Obi-Wan watched. I believe there was more to this than just 'Vader being evil Sith Lord'. I read a lot of comments questioning why Vader did this, what his motive really was, and I think I have found it, at least in theory. I think Vader was trying to show obi-wan that Anakin Skywalker was long gone, and that he is so far from the Jedi at this point, that he's doing all these things to innocent people. Sort of boasting to Kenobi. What do you think? by Star Wars Theory
