Prior to attending Kellogg, Francis McManus worked as a middle school teacher, and management consultant, which spawned a curiosity and interest in learning from and with diverse groups of people. Getting his MBA at Kellogg allowed him to build meaningful relationships with his classmates and peers, and shaped his thoughts on his career and worldview.
