The Currents are a four-piece band hailing from Toledo, OH. This highly talented group blends a variety of genres and styles to foster a sound that falls somewhere within the alternative/indie rock realm. The band consists of band leader/rhythm guitarist/vocalist Luis Gomez, drummer Emilio Alvarado, bassist Matt Cashin, and lead guitarist Tanner Wertz. The Currents will release their second EP on April 26th, so be sure to check it out when it drops! You can also catch their EP release show at The Ottawa Tavern in Toledo, OH on June 7th.
