How Ships Violate International AIS Laws | Definitive AIS
https://youtu.be/MxUfMKGyRrQ
As there are some critical errors in the case by the plaintiff (the cook), after misreading the AIS data from Marine Traffic.
Case Details
Mr. Caballero is a seaman employed by Oceaneering International, Inc., a maritime
contracting company based in Houston, Texas. He has worked for Oceaneering International for
twenty-two years. He is an assistant cook.
On March 22, 2023, the Vessel was secured in a drydock in Leith, Edinburg. But
Defendant’s agents and/or servants failed to properly secure the Vessel in drydock. Around 8:35
