I addressed the importance of making peace with our pain head-on in order to transcend the stories that hold us in bondage. And I also share a story of a conversation with a loved one that changed my life. I uncovered how standing in our TRUTH changes things and the notion that people pleasing is equivalent to lying to the people that we love.
