Description

This week’s meditation looks at revival, both personal and in the Church as a whole. We are in the Lenten Season of the Church, a season set apart for the purpose of returning to God and paying attention to Divine Presence in our lives.   Lent is a journey of grace, allowing us to follow the way of Jesus. We are invited to personally bear witness to Christ’s miraculous life of love and transforming presence in our lives. Revival and spiritual renewal is necessary in every generation. And so we return, once again, to the cross. Revive us, Oh Lord.    Scripture References: Matthew 7:7-8 CSB, Joel 2:12 NRSV ----------------------- Thank you for listening to the The Daily Still Podcast. Welcome to The Daily Still Podcast - A Place to Pause. Here we create space to listen for the whispers of God. Each episode features a short devotional-style, guided meditation, offering room to “be still” in the midst of the busyness of life. We position ourselves to hear God’s Voice, allowing Him to bring alignment and peace to our whole being. Host Cindy Helton is a spiritual guide and leader for stillness gatherings and retreats. She has practiced and led guided Christian meditation for over a decade. Her passion is helping others notice and become more aware of the Presence of God.
