In 1973, a group of parapsychological researchers made an exciting discovery in Ontario, Canada. However, in the world of parapsychology, the fascinating findings failed to make waves at the time. Instead, they faded into obscurity until years later those interested in parapsychology unearthed the research again. It was called The Philip Experiment.
