As a teen, she had doubts about the claims of supernatural activity in her childhood church, but it took years to divulge fact from fiction. In season two, she examines the questionable teachings of Bethel Church, in Redding, California. In season one, Tara Jean seeks to understand the strange behaviour of worshippers in the “Toronto Blessing” movement.
