Description
It's Wednesday afternoon, and that means a fresh episode of Better Lait Than Never is set and ready to massage your ear holes.Kicking off the podcast, I got started with some big news from my personal life. Thanks to our friends at Sherwood Ford the Giant, I bought myself my first new car in over 15 years. Needless to say, it's been a minute. As much as I loved my old Escape, some repair needs relative to the worth of the vehicle meant that it was time for an upgrade, and that's exactly what I did.Turning the podcast back to the Oilers, I offered another look at our new friends in Adam Henrique, Sam Carrick, and Troy Stetcher after all three players made an impact on the ice over the last week. I also looked back at the games the Oilers played since the last show, including Wednesday's win over the Caps, Saturday's loss to the Avalanche, and last night's sloppy win over the Canadiens. Even though the Oilers only played a couple of gamesI wrapped up this week's podcast with a little bit of betting talk for our friends at Bet99, offered up an RSB about winter driving, and capped things off with another round of voicemails that ranged from Oilers talk to reality TV to more cereal talk and everything in between. Once again, this podcast always makes me laugh, and I'm so very grateful for the levels of participation by the wonderful BLTN community that keeps moving. Oh, and subscribe to my YouTube channel.Want to leave a voicemail for next week’s show? Do it here! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
