On 14 July French people all over the world will be celebrating their national day. According to estimates from the French consulate in Brussels, there are up to a quarter of a million French citizens living in Belgium. Over the past year we've spoken to several French artists and art collectors who have made their mark here. Is Brussels the new Paris?
