We take a look at the period from 1974 to 1980 where Bon Scott, Angus and Malcolm Young led AC/DC to conquer the rock scenes in Australia, Europe and the UK before they were set to go global with the US market finally warming to them with the release of the Highway To Hell album. Bon was excited for the future with early work kicking off on the "Back in Black" project only for Bon to tragically pass away at the age of just 33 after a heavy night out drinking, leaving the band in limbo and wondering whether or not they should continue on.
 
Also included in this episode are AC/DC's feuds with punk rock, Black Sabbath and Deep Purple, we take a look at the deeper meaning behind the lyrics on the albums High Voltage, TNT, Dirty Deeds, Let There Be Rock, Powerage and Highway To Hell as we discover just how great of a poetic lyricist Bon actually was and we get introduced to Mark Evans, Cliff Williams, Phil Rudd and producer Mutt Lange.
