Description

Kathy Henry, co-founder of Open Peaceful Heart's global community, shares a guided meditation for year’s end, and talks about how continuing to reach out in love, accepting each other's failings, and offering community-centered meditation is the most effective way to create lasting change in 2020.

She is also active politically as the Education Chair of the League of Women Voters-Oakland MI Area and has spoken on statewide voting rights proposals.
