Joan Kent is an ACE-Certified Health Consultant, with a Ph.D. in Psychoactive Nutrition (foods and brain chemistry) and a Master’s degree in exercise physiology. She specializes in ending sugar addiction and binge eating disorder and helping clients reverse Metabolic Syndrome – diabetes, insulin resistance, hypertension, heart disease, high triglycerides, high cholesterol, and more.  Joan offers nutrition support to alleviate mood issues and inflammatory conditions, such as irritable bowel syndrome, MS, and CIDP. She has written two best-selling books, Stronger Than Sugar and The Sugar-Free Workout.
